The Black Tech Collective held its inaugural holiday link and launch party at The Gathering Spot DC. The event honored Twitter Blackbirds and brought more than 300 Blacks in tech together for an evening of networking, celebration, and revelry. Fundraising from the event benefited INROADS, Inc., a non-profit organization creating pathways to careers for ethnically diverse high school and college students across the country. Sponsors included The Gathering Spot, Blacks at Microsoft, Dell Technologies Black Networking Alliance, LinkedIn Black Inclusion Group, Remy Martin, Black Enterprise, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Handpainted by T. Lomax, and The Kennedy Center.
